I’m so happy I finally found a bar that has minimal ingredients that are all natural/healthy. No soy, sugar, palm oil or isolates. And it tastes good too. I only wish it had more protein but then again, it’s labeled as an energy bar. Perhaps they could make a protein bar too???

These taste great!! They only contain dates, oats, coconut, sea salt. NO added sugar or sugar substitutes. As a vegan cyclist, I'm always looking for something to fuel me mid-ride that tastes good. With 38 grams of carbohydrates, these fit the bill!
